Account and study informationمعلومات الحساب والدراسة
We store your username, password verification data, session information and, if enabled, passkey credentials. We store the cards, images, files, settings, study progress and subscription/access status associated with your account to provide saving and synchronization. Passkeys do not give us your device’s fingerprint or face scan.بنحفظ اسم المستخدم وبيانات التحقّق من كلمة المرور ومعلومات الجلسة، ومفاتيح المرور إذا فعّلتها. وبنحفظ كاردات الحساب وصوره وملفاته وإعداداته وتقدّمه وحالة الاشتراك أو الصلاحيات لتوفير الحفظ والمزامنة. مفاتيح المرور ما بتعطينا بصمة إصبعك أو صورة مسح وجهك من الجهاز.
Information you choose to shareالمعلومات اللي بتختار تشاركها
Community posts, published attachments and shared study content are visible to other users according to the feature used. Contact messages and support emails are used to respond to your request. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information about yourself or others.بوستات المجتمع والمرفقات المنشورة والمحتوى الدراسي المشترك بتظهر للمستخدمين حسب الميزة المستخدمة. بنستخدم رسائل التواصل والإيميل للرد على طلبك. تجنّب رفع معلومات شخصية حساسة عنك أو عن غيرك.
Optional AI featuresمزايا الذكاء الاصطناعي الاختيارية
If you use the AI study assistant, your question, relevant card text and recent conversation context are sent to the AI service to produce a response. Do not submit confidential information to this feature.إذا استخدمت مساعد الدراسة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، بينرسل سؤالك ونصوص الكاردات ذات الصلة وسياق المحادثة الحديثة لخدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي لإنتاج الرد. لا ترسل معلومات سرية بهاي الميزة.
Service providers and technical dataمزوّدو الخدمة والبيانات التقنية
Cloudflare provides hosting, backend infrastructure and storage. Infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request/error logs for security and service operation. Optional AI services process the inputs sent to those features. Our public information pages do not use advertising trackers.Cloudflare بتوفّر الاستضافة والبنية الخلفية والتخزين. ممكن مزوّدو البنية التحتية يعالجوا بيانات تقنية مثل عناوين IP وسجلات الطلبات والأخطاء للأمان وتشغيل الخدمة. خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي الاختيارية بتعالج المدخلات المرسلة لها. صفحات المعلومات العامة عنا ما بتستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلاني.
Local device storageالتخزين على الجهاز
The app uses browser storage, IndexedDB and a service-worker cache for account sessions, preferences, offline study and pending changes. Signing out removes the active session from the device, but a durable account journal may remain for safe synchronization. Clearing browser data can remove unsynced work.التطبيق بستخدم تخزين المتصفح وIndexedDB وكاش Service Worker للجلسات والتفضيلات والدراسة دون اتصال والتعديلات المنتظرة. تسجيل الخروج بشيل الجلسة الفعّالة من الجهاز، لكن ممكن يظل سجل الحساب المحلي للمزامنة الآمنة. مسح بيانات المتصفح ممكن يحذف شغل ما تزامن بعد.
Paymentsالمدفوعات
Online checkout is not connected yet, and these pages do not collect card details. When payment processing becomes available, the checkout will identify the payment provider and display its applicable information before you pay.الدفع الإلكتروني لسه غير مربوط، وهاي الصفحات ما بتجمع بيانات البطاقات. عند إتاحة الدفع، صفحة الدفع بتوضّح مزوّد الدفع ومعلوماته المطبّقة قبل ما تدفع.
Retention and your requestsالاحتفاظ بالبيانات وطلباتك
We retain account data to provide the service, maintain access, support synchronization and handle support or billing issues. Saved media or backups may remain after being removed from a card. You can request access, correction or account/data deletion by emailing support; we may verify account ownership before acting. Any records that must be retained for billing, security or applicable obligations will be explained when handling the request.بنحتفظ ببيانات الحساب لتقديم الخدمة والوصول والمزامنة ومعالجة الدعم أو الفوترة. ممكن تظل الوسائط أو النسخ الاحتياطية بعد إزالتها من الكارد. بتقدر تطلب الوصول لبياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف الحساب والبيانات بإيميل الدعم؛ وممكن نتحقّق من ملكية الحساب قبل التنفيذ. أي سجلات يلزم الاحتفاظ فيها للفوترة أو الأمان أو الالتزامات المطبّقة بنوضّحها عند معالجة الطلب.
